Romare – real name Archie Fairhurst – returns with a new album, "Home," following his critically acclaimed 2016 release, "Love Songs: Part Two." This comes after the recent 12" single, "Gone / Danger." The album is heralded by its first single, "Sunshine," which is his most dancefloor-oriented track to date. The esteemed Resident Advisor described it as "eight captivating minutes of cinematic house music." Romare's music has always balanced the dancefloor with a more relaxed, downtempo environment. His new album is no exception, featuring euphoric and enlightening moments like "Sunshine." "For me, the strongest point in music is where joy and sadness meet," Romare comments, "the meeting point of those feelings is what I try to create." The release of "Home" follows a long period of travel for him. He spent his childhood constantly traveling with his family as his parents moved around the world for work, before finally settling in the UK. This nomadic lifestyle now continues with his burgeoning career, taking him on tour across the globe (over 150 shows in the last 2 years).
