Reissue of the album on vinyl for the first time since 2005. Although the quartet, originally from Oakland, California, has been together since 2002, Descended Like Vultures is singer/guitarist Zach Rogue's first album with a band in the studio. The band spent 10 days with Bill Racine (who also produced Rogue's first album, Out Of The Shadow) at Supernatural Sound studios in Oregon. The result was 11 tracks, which take us between atmospheric and dreamy soundscapes, inspired by decades of classic rock and pop (from Fleetwood Mac to Neil Young to My Bloody Valentine), as in the track 'California' reminiscent of Mark Kozelek or 'Catform' in the style of XTC.
