In 1995, *Wave Field* ventured into new compositional methods involving the dirty textures of rock, seemingly bridging the gap between Alvin Lucier, Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, and Brian Eno. The emphasis was placed on the clanging aspect of the guitars, lending a metallic quality to the overall sound.
