Purity Ring The Canadian duo, Purity Ring, composed of Megan James and Corin Roddick, is back after their debut album, *Shrines*, acclaimed by critics in 2012. Unlike their first album, which was composed remotely between Halifax and Montreal, *Another Eternity* was created under a single roof in Edmonton. The band abandons dark and claustrophobic atmospheres for vast soundscapes that evolve, progressively revealing irresistible melodies (Begin Again). The band thus establishes their sound, a sumptuous blend of dream pop and post-dubstep, which serves as a setting for Megan's soft voice.
