Description
Partisan Records' new signing presents her second album "Protector" was born in the spring of 2020, when Aoife packed her bags in Dublin and moved to rural County Clare on the west coast of Ireland. It was there, amidst the quiet, that she began working on the songs that would become her second album: a personal and mystical journey of self-discovery through dislocation, transformation, and restoration. In Aoife's own words: "Writing and recording this album was a spiritual experience. I felt love for my family on a level I didn't know, while slowly getting back on my feet and watching the 'protector' in me grow much larger.
