I Inside the Old Year Dying

Description

PJ Harvey is back after seven long years!
The tenth studio album by PJ Harvey, "I Inside the Old Year Dying", marks her first release since 2016, after the UK number 1 album "The Hope Six Demolition Project". On this album, which was recorded with her longtime collaborators John Parish and Flood, PJ Harvey builds a sound universe situated in a space between the opposites of life, recent history, and ancient past. Interspersed with biblical imagery and references to Shakespeare, all these distinctions ultimately dissolve into something deeply uplifting and redemptive.
