Remixed and updated from the original masters of 1987 by Andy Jackson and David Gilmour assisted by Damon Iddins as part of the 'The Later Years' project, the album is here offered in CD format. The release of the 'The Later Years' project in 2019 allowed for a rediscovery of 'A Momentary Lapse Of Reason', released in 1987. By unearthing keyboard parts from Richard Wright and re-recording new drum tracks from Nick Mason, producers David Gilmour and Bob Ezrin rebalanced the creative input of the three members of Pink Floyd. The album is also illustrated by new artwork based on an unused image from the famous shoot of beds displayed on a beach.
