Remixed and updated from the 1987 original master tapes by Andy Jackson and David Gilmour with the assistance of Damon Iddins as part of 'The Later Years' project, this version of the album is offered for the first time on (double) vinyl. Half-speed mastering for optimal sound quality. 180-gram
45 RPM pressing. The release of 'The Later Years' project in 2019 led to a rediscovery of 'A Momentary Lapse Of Reason', released in 1987. By unearthing keyboard parts from Richard Wright and re-recording new drum tracks from Nick Mason, producers David Gilmour and Bob Ezrin rebalanced the creative input of the three members of Pink Floyd. The album also features new artwork based on an unused image from the famous shot of beds laid out on a beach. Remixed in 2019 from the original masters.
