Perfume Genius (born Mike Hadreas) announces his new album Ugly Season, to be released on Matador, accompanied by a short film by Jacolby Satterwhite. Ugly Season is a collaboration between the two artists, a visual and sound experience combining videos and immersive 3D images. Jacolby Satterwhite is a conceptual artist addressing crucial themes of labor, consumption, lust, and fantasy through immersive installations combining virtual reality and digital media.
