Music From The Penguin Café

Description

Music from the Penguin Cafe is the debut studio album by the Penguin Cafe Orchestra. It was recorded between 1974 and 1976 and released in 1976. The album's executive producer was Brian Eno, who released it on his experimental Obscure label, under the catalogue number "Obscure 7". The original cover art was by John Bonis, while the re-issue cover art is a painting by Emily Young. The album is featured in Robert Dimery's book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. This reissue is the first since 1987 and uses the 2008 remaster, pressed on blue vinyl.
