6 years after Love Songs, Vanessa Paradis releases her new album Les Sources. Recorded in Los Angeles, at the Sound Factory studio, with Paul Butler as producer (leader of the English band The Bees and producer, among others, of the first albums of Michael Kiwanuka and Devendra Banhart). Written and composed by Vanessa Paradis, Samuel Benchetrit, Fabio Viscogliosi, and Adrien Gallo, this new album, with folk-rock and soul accents, marks a strong return for Vanessa. Radiant, with great artistic mastery, addressing dreams, memory, and of course the feeling of love with rare elegance, it is probably the most personal album the artist has ever recorded. Les Sources modestly and ambitiously aims to take us to other places, other emotional territories for our greatest pleasure. This new album will take Vanessa on tour in 2019. The first single, Ces mots simples, a declaration of love to extreme beauty, has been on the air since September 14th.
