With "Acoustic," the Malian diva Oumou Sangaré revisits the songs from her latest album Mogoya, and some of her essential classics (Saa Magni, Diaraby Nene). This record, recorded "unplugged," restores an authenticity that marks Oumou's deep attachment to the foundations of traditional Wassoulou music, her native region.
