Vinyl (Includes 1 cd + 1 download card) Olivier Mellano is a multi-faceted artist: composer for theater, cinema, and dance. He is also an accomplished guitarist, writer, and arranger, and finally a trained violinist. His diversity is reflected in the eclecticism of his projects, blending rock, hip hop, electro, and chanson. In 2006, he released an album of baroque and contemporary music, "la chair des anges," and in 2012 the album "How we tried a new combination of notes to show the invisible," which was the subject of a stage production by Station Service and the Rennes Opera. He embraced the world of rock in 2014 with his solo pop noise album "MellaNoisEscape" to rediscover raw energy, electric torrents, and sonic cascades. First alone on stage in 2014 upon the release of the first MellaNoisEscape album, he is now joined by two talented musicians: Valentina Magaletti on drums (Tomaga, Vanishing Twins, The Oscillations, Bat for lashes) and Miët on bass. This now-trio carves its artistic path, flirting with Shellac, Battles, Pinback, and Blonde Redhead.
