Description

It is still one of the most important gatherings for a music concert: on August 10, 1996, Oasis, at the peak of their career, organized two dates at Knebworth House park, a mansion in the east of England. The event brought together no less than 500,000 people over the two days. This definitely secured the Gallagher brothers' place in the history of live music thanks to a show that would still hold the record for the longest guest list (with no less than 7,000 names).
The footage naturally focuses on the event, but also on the band's relationship with its fans, recycling for the occasion previously unseen footage (from the concert as well as behind the scenes). Along with it, the audio recording of the concert is therefore (finally!) released in an official version compiling the 20 songs played by the band on August 10 and 11, 1996. Dates that, without a doubt, will definitely find their place in the imaginary pantheon of rock.
