NOFX's "S&M Airlines" reissued on vinyl after 34 years!
“We recorded this record at Westbeach Recorders in 1989, once again with Brett Gurewitz. It took 6 days to record and mix. We had a blast recording this time because we had 6 whole days. We didn't know how to sing harmonies yet, so Greg Graffin from Bad Religion came in and sang backups on 3 or 4 songs. That was super cool. Too bad we couldn't play them live. It was our first record to come out after "Suffer" and the first record to come out on Epitaph. It sold 3500 copies the first year, which was a lot more than the previous one. Flipside fanzine called us "metal" which was a real disappointment. I think it was because Steve had long hair and a metal guitar. Oh well, they're forgiven.” -NOFX
