To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of one of Nightmares On Wax's most beloved albums, "In A Space Outta Sound" drew inspiration from the reggae and dub sound system roots that shaped George Evelyn's (aka DJ E.A.S.E) childhood, skillfully blending them with other influences such as soul, hip-hop, and jazz. With iconic tracks like "You Wish" and "Flip Ya Lid," the album's reputation has grown over the years to the point where it is considered a key moment in the career of this singular artist. As a bonus, the album "In A Space Outta Dub" sees DJ E.A.S.E entrust the tapes to dub maestro Adrian Sherwood to embark on an intoxicating musical excursion with eight tracks from the original album, in the spirit of reggae and sound system roots. The result is a new approach to this classic, in the vein of albums such as Massive Attack's "No Protection" and Spoon's "Lucifer On The Moon."
