Born in the margins of Manchester, Nightbus unveils Passenger, a hypnotic debut album where 90s trip-hop, dark indie, and electronica intersect. Between disillusionment, addiction, toxic relationships, and glimmers of hope, the duo Olive & Jake explores liminal spaces where everything can tip over. Even before their first concert, their single Mirrors made waves, heralding an immersive and disorienting universe. On the album, the tracks oscillate between oppressive loops (The Void, Host) and club bursts (Ascension), with a dense production that blends haunted pop melodies and rumbling basses.
