Somewhere Under The Rainbow

Description

'Somewhere Under The Rainbow' by Neil Young with the Santa Monica Flyers is a live album recorded at the Rainbow Theatre in London. This concert is famous for the completely spontaneous and full-throttle performance by Neil Young (vocals, guitar) and a stellar band, Nils Lofgren (lead and rhythm guitar, piano, accordion, vocals), Ben Keith (pedal steel, vocals), Billy Talbot (bass, vocals), and Ralph Molina (drums, vocals). This performance on the edge and with untamed sounds has gained legendary status over the past fifty years. This double album captures a sound and spirit of heightened boldness, and for Neil Young fans, it is an achievement as unusual as it is unforgettable.
