'Chromes Dreams', perceived as one of the most powerful albums of the looner, was originally supposed to be released in 1977, but like Young, things change as his career as a singer-songwriter evolves. Many years were needed to arrive at the final version of an album that includes some of the most remarkable rock tracks. 'Chrome Dreams' is the first version of his legendary album 'Lost' - in 1977 - and includes 12 classics, 4 of which are previously unreleased. These 12 tracks may have existed in other forms at other times, and by unveiling them in this new album, Neil Young once again proves the timelessness of his music and the historic place he occupies in the evolution of rock.
