Indigo, the third album by the Belgian trombonist and composer Nabou Claerhout's quartet, marks a significant new phase in his creative evolution. Following Hubert (2019) and You Know (2021), Nabou Claerhout presents a renewed lineup of N?BOU with Trui Amerlinck (double bass), Gijs Idema (electric guitar), and Daniel Jonkers (drums). The album explores change, renewal, and the evolution of human connections, building on the solid foundations that N?BOU has established in Belgium and the Netherlands, while also reflecting Claerhout's growing international reach.
