Vole

Description

Far from being discouraged by the cancellation of the annual Alzheimer Research Foundation gala, Pierre Souchon and a stunning lineup of volunteer artists have come together to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the gala as well as World Alzheimer’s Day. Their gift: the cover of the single "Vole," a song specially composed by Pierre Souchon and written by Pierre-Dominique Burgaud, in support of the Foundation, symbolizing the commitment of artists to researchers. Prestigious artists such as Véronique Sanson, Pascal Obispo, Jean-Louis Aubert, and Clara Luciani join the ranks of the collective "2 Générations Chantent pour la 3ème," which already includes -M-, Alain Souchon, Carla Bruni, Laurent Voulzy, Jeanne Cherhal, Vincent Delerm, Nolwenn Leroy, Ours, Sandrine Kiberlain, Julien Voulzy, Gaël Faure, and of course Pierre Souchon. To top it all off, a new music video has been created by Thomas Bailly using footage sent by the artists themselves during their confinement, as well as images from past concerts, shared memories of this crazy adventure that began 10 years ago. Visual created by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac.
