A reinterpretation album signed by the cream of the European and American indie scene, The Jeffrey Lee Pierce Sessions Project was initiated by CYPRESS GROVE, the bassist of the late JEFFREY LEE PIERCE and founder of THE GUN CLUB alongside KID CONGO POWERS. He indeed found titles, lyrics, and bits of lost tapes, which he then offered for reinterpretation over 13 years to the friends and fans of his former leader.
