With classic, Americana, and folk influences sprinkled throughout, it’s a journey that rolls through valleys, painting its own rich and vivid images, inhabited by troubled and nuanced characters seeking ways to survive. The recording at Old Jet in eastern England, a former American air force base turned into a developed creative arts community led by Quin, added its own majesty to the process.
