Les Minimots

Children's words for Minibus! All the songs from Minibus's new album "Les Minimots" were born during a writing workshop. From the countryside to the city, from the Corsican mountains to the towns of Limoges, from the islands of Oléron to Mayenne, the three friends made a "tour of France" of nursery and primary schools. These "minimots" therefore come from the children's imagination, guided by the artists in writing and music composition sessions, and from the kindness of the teachers who welcomed this beautiful project into their classrooms. Minibus then ran this raw material through the mill of their studio-laboratory, to keep the essential substance, sometimes retouching words, phrases or notes, but always preserving the poetry and universality. The idea was not to offer the public a school project, but real songs written and composed with children and musician artists in close collaboration. To strengthen the bond with the children, Minibus decided that their album would be released as a small coloring book, so that everyone could color the songs with the colors of their imagination.
