Description

Formed in Brussels in 2017, Milk TV has drawn from numerous sources, quenching a huge thirst for inspiration to create a unique universe, imbued with nostalgia and cynicism towards Anglo-Saxon pop culture. That of cheap television programs, giant ads for bottles of milk, but especially the underground, from New York no-wave to the Californian noise scene.
With "NEO GEO," the new album on the Brussels label EXAG' Records, the trio takes their music to even more versatile playgrounds, a kaleidoscopic art-rock, perhaps more intuitive and effective than its predecessor. While the group's signature sound remains, with those chorus-laden bass sounds and staccato rhythms mixed with exotica, some tracks showcase a more punky and immediate energy.
