MIKE CAMPBELL AND THE DIRTY KNOBS RELEASE THEIR DEBUT ALBUM. 'Wreckless Abandon', the highly anticipated debut album from acclaimed songwriter and guitarist Mike Campbell (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Fleetwood Mac) with his band The Dirty Knobs, pushes the boundaries of affinities, imagination, and genres to record a 13-song album saturated with rock and roll as authentic as it is brutal. Alongside Campbell, The Dirty Knobs feature Jason Sinay on guitar and vocals (Neil Diamond, Ivan Neville), Lance Morrison on bass (Don Henley), and Matt Laug on drums (Slash, Alanis Morissette). While all songs are written by Campbell, the album was produced in collaboration with George Drakoulias (The Black Crowes, The Jayhawks). Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Chris Stapleton makes several guest appearances, as does Benmont Tench, a founding member of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Furthermore, Klaus Voormann, famous for his artwork on The Beatles' Revolver, designed the album cover.
