CASTLE OF MY HEART

Description

Midnight Cassette is the name of a band led by its singer, an Englishwoman with a velvety voice, Amy Winter. The three musicians accompanying her have taken their French pop on the Eurostar to rainy London. It comes back to our ears like an overdose of nostalgia, a cup of Earl Grey with LSD, a sound that both lulls and shakes you. The songs speak of heartaches, the torments of lost time, of apocalypse, and yet they sound like a refuge, a caress, a call to dream, to vitality and hope despite everything.
