In 2012, he recorded several solo albums and embarked on a tour of Europe and the United States with his own band. On stage, Martin performed both as an acoustic trio with Dan Crisp (vocals, guitar) and Alan Thomson (bass, guitar) and with an electric band that also included Terl Bryant on drums. Both lineups were acclaimed by audiences and critics alike. This new album features a magnificent acoustic concert by Martin, recorded on April 19, 2025 at the Center For The Arts in Homer, New York, as well as a superb set by his electric band, recorded at the Woodstock Forever festival in Germany in August 2024.
