Today, musician and producer, pioneer of electronic music, Mark Pritchard and Thom Yorke, leader of The Smile and Radiohead, announce their first duo album, Tall Tales.
It follows last month's release of "Back In The Game," which marked the second collaboration between the two artists on record, after the acclaimed "Beautiful People," released on Mark Pritchard's solo album "Under The Sun" for Warp Records in 2016.
Tall Tales, Yorke's first album on Warp Records, is a multilayered, richly textured record that channels both multiple narratives and multiple genres. Throughout its 12 eclectic songs, the album showcases Pritchard's mastery of archaic machines found in synthesizer archives, guiding the music toward unexpected and experimental paths. Yorke, for his part, delivers an obsessive and expansive vocal performance, diving into a dark and introspective narrative.
