Description

The British band Marillion, founded in 1979, is one of the most widely recognized progressive rock bands of the 80s worldwide. With 19 albums, more than 15 million albums sold, and a career spanning over 40 years, Marillion is still today one of the most remarkable representatives of the genre. Marillion has shown that it continues to be as sharp, creative, and brilliant as it was at the beginning by constantly seeking to stand out from its previous albums. In 2022, the band returns with a new studio album, 'An Hour Before It's Dark', whose central theme is the passing of time and the last minutes of our lives. Recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios, Marillion once again remains musically faithful to what it does best while experimenting with new sounds.
