Inclassable, Julien Joubert explores all forms of composition, from musical theater to opera for children's choirs, as well as symphonic music, chamber music, ballet… The Académie musicale de Villecroze commissioned him to set 17 carefully chosen poems to music and entrusted the recording to the Children's Choir and the Young Ensemble of the Maîtrise, under the direction of Emilie Fleury and accompanied by pianist Thomas Tacquet.
