Luka Productions presents Falaw, an innovative interpretation of African hip-hop and sample-based folktronica. This album follows Fasokan (2017) and turns its attention to the rich cultural heritage of Manding music. Over electronically composed music, Luka invites traditional artists to join him in the studio. Thus, griots tell their stories over the musician's synthesizers while the n'gonis (a West African instrument) soar to the rhythm of the drum samples.
