Description

The new album by the prodigious Brazilian singer-songwriter Luisa Maita with electro sounds. In life as in music, Brazilian singer Luísa Maita likes to take her time. Her previous highly acclaimed album Lero Lero was released just over six years ago, which led her to tour around the world, receive the Brazilian equivalent of the Victoires de la Musique for Best New Artist, and have two of her tracks featured in the Oscar-winning film Boyhood by Richard Linklater. She has also collaborated with Daniel Hunt from Ladytron, recorded with Da Lata, shared the stage with some of the biggest stars of Brazilian music, and lent her voice to the opening ceremony of the recent Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Luisa returns with an album mixing Brazilian music with electro in a very contemporary sound.
