Good Grief, the highly anticipated new album from LUCIUS, will be released on March 11 via Play It Again Sam. "Born Again Teen," the album's first single, was premiered worldwide on Zane Lowe's radio show on Beats 1. An exhilarating and yet meticulously crafted surge of anarchic pop, with a resounding rhythmic pulse, distorted doo-wop harmonies, mutant riffs, and sneakily addictive hooks. LUCIUS is back, stronger than ever! Good Grief has benefited from the expertise of big names in the industry. The album was notably produced with the help of Shawn Everett (Weezer and The Alabama Shakes) and Bob Ezrin (Alice Cooper, Kiss, and Pink Floyd) while Tom Elmhirst (Adele and Beck) took care of the mixing. Good Grief follows Wildewoman, the critically acclaimed debut album, which the prestigious The New York Times already praised for the "enticing, bright, melodic lullabies" of the band. LUCIUS is fronted by Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig, its two singers and co-founders, accompanied by multi-instrumentalists Andrew Burri, Peter Lalish, and Dan Molad. LUCIUS has also toured extensively, headlining shows around the world and appearing at many major festivals such as Reading and Leeds, Bonnaroo, End Of the Road, Lollapalooza, Pukkelpop, and Rock En Seine.
