Benjamin Coyle-Larner, better known by his stage name Loyle Carner, is a British rapper and actor from South London. His sound is described by the press as "sensitive and eloquent," or as "confessional hip hop."He played his first concert in Dublin in October 2012 opening for MF Doom.
His first EP "A Little Late" was released in September 2014. He opened for Joey Badass during his UK tour and participated in the UK festival season in 2015, including the Glastonbury Festival.
He toured and collaborated with poet Kate Tempest in late 2015.
In October 2016, he opened for Nas at the O2 Arena in London.
