« Horsemeat Scandal » (2013) is a seven-track EP of noisy, melancholic, deranged, and nauseating alt-rock, by Lonnie Gunn, originally from New Jersey and now based in Brighton, England. Recently chosen to open for noise rock queen Kim Gordon's tour, Lonnie Gunn has gradually built a loyal following in the UK and released several singles, while receiving support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 6Music, and 3FM in the Netherlands, as well as favorable media coverage in Dork, Kerrang!, Clash, and Far Out. « Horsemeat Scandal » is her first vinyl, a strictly limited edition of 300 copies on flesh-colored vinyl (red and white marbled semi-transparent), released on the Jazz Life label (which includes artists such as Twisted Teens, CIEL, and Blood Red Shoes).
