The poetry of Camões sung by Lina and produced by Justin Adams, moving and full of life. Three years after the success of her album with producer and musician Raül Refree, nominated for the 2020 Victoires du Jazz, fado singer Lina is back with Fado Camoes, an album inspired by the poetry of Luís de Camões and produced by Justin Adams. Lina is joined by Pedro Viana’s Portuguese guitar, and by the piano, keyboards and arrangements of John Baggott (MassiveAttack, Portishead). Justin Adams is present on almost all the songs on guitar and percussion. Lina also sings a duet with the leading figure of Spanish folktronica Rodrigo Cuevas. The singer carries us toward the poetry of Camões with a renewed sound and an enchanting, minimalist composition while retaining her vocal expressiveness, sensory, thrilling, moving and full of life.
