Formed in Bristol, the quartet LICE has become one of the most inventive and ambitious bands in British experimental rock. Their second album Third Time At The Beach - a three-part epic exploring our struggle to better understand the world around us - arrives on September 20 via AD 93. Sweeping between minimalism, rock, techno and more, it propels us through time and space: with a cast of astronauts, cavemen and dinosaurs. It follows LICE’s internationally acclaimed debut album, WASTELAND (2021). Praised as “exciting, alive, full of musical ideas” by the Financial Times and as “a welcome breath of life for British art-rock that plays with expectation at every turn” by CRACK. The album led LICE to perform at major festivals such as Reading & Leeds, Green Man and End Of The Road, and they will embark on a wide European tour supporting Sleaford Mods and tour across the UK and the EU.
