Sauvre le monde

Description

Les Wampas are back with "Sauvre le Monde", their new studio album, for which they have decided to pull out all the stops. Judge for yourself: it was recorded and mixed by American sound engineer Jim Diamond (The White Stripes) at the legendary ICP studios, and produced by the talented Lionel des Limiñanas. He has perfectly highlighted the group’s 14 Rock'n'Roll / Punk / Garage / Yéyé tracks, which, as is always the case, tackle very varied themes. Space conquest with « Les chinois vont sur la Lune », politics omnipresent in our lives (« C'est politiqe »), Sacha Distel (« The secret life of Sacha Distel »), or fake news (« la NASA nous ment »). Sauvre le Monde is a stunning album, where the music of Les Wampas has rarely sounded so good!
