Delicate yet dominant, reserved yet charismatic, instinctive yet discerning – LÉON is all of this at once! A multi-talented artist, the rising Swedish pop star is back with her new album "Apart," where pop hits intertwine with softer ballads, as heard in tracks like "And It Breaks My Heart" and "Chasing A Feeling." This second opus from the Swedish singer tells the story of her breakup with her long-term partner and is her most honest and vulnerable project to date. Sensitive music lovers will be thrilled: Léon has just announced the release of her second album. Hailing from Sweden, the singer quickly caught the attention of listeners on streaming platforms with her early songs like "Tired of Talking," "Nobody Cares," "Liar," "Think About You," "Surround Me," and "I Believe In Us." After several EPs, the 27-year-old artist took the plunge with her self-titled debut album, released in March 2019, featuring tracks like "You and I" (36 million streams on Spotify) and "Come Home To Me." "I wanted to release the album while I still feel all the songs. I want to let them go, instead of holding onto them for too long. People always feel a great urge to create despite what's happening in the world, and people always want to listen to new music. In a way, I was forced to slow down and make these songs. This feeling of having no pressure and having the time to write has been very helpful to me as an artist," explains Léon.
