Voodoo

Description

"They may not be popular in the post-punk scene, but they are incredibly talented. We are talking about Kill Your Boyfriend, who continues their journey serenely and is ready to give us chills with their new album titled Voodoo. Here are seven absolutely thrilling new tracks where Kill Your Boyfriend continues to ride the wave between post-punk, shoegaze, and darkwave. We dive back into the darkness right from the start with 'The King,' where the Italian duo enchants us with the deeply hypnotic 'The Man In Black' and 'Buster.' And we are not done with surprises, as Kill Your Boyfriend brings out the heavy artillery. With 'Mr Mojo' and 'The Day The Music Died,' the duo from Treviso knows how to blend Alan Vega and Suicide with a touch of John Cale, creating a solemn and psychedelic universe that suits them perfectly, culminating in 'Papa Legba' and the powerful finale. They clearly have no intention of resting on their laurels, casting a spell on us through their music." LES OREILLES CURIEUSES.
