Initially scheduled for release on 17/11
After a youth spent in the revival of French rock, Kent established himself as the very example of irrepressibly realistic singing upon which the former troublemakers of the punk scene relied. After the breakup of Starshooter in 1982, the multi-faceted artist teamed up with Humanoïdes Associés to release six albums, but this time in comic book form. During this period (82/90), Kent continued to release albums in the intimacy of the alternative scene, which did not always receive the recognition it deserved at the time.
It was in 1990 that the artist reached a much wider audience and attracted the attention of radio stations and other professionals with his 4th opus, ‘A Nos Amours’. The success of "J'aime un pays" seemed to put Kent on the path to commercial success. Recorded at La Cigale in 1994, "Kent en Scene" was released in 1995 and tells the love story that binds the singer to his audience and to the stage.
For the first time, discover on double CD the entire La Cigale show from 1994 with 9 tracks from the concert of that era that had never been released before, as well as the double LP reissue of this landmark live recording, augmented with 3 tracks from this concert that could not be included on the original CD edition.
