A discreet and authentic figure on the Bordeaux indie pop scene, JULIEN PRAS made a name for himself as a member of Pull, Calc and Victory Hall. He is currently the singer-guitarist in the heavy rock trio Mars Red Sky. His true solo career began in 2010 with the release of Southern Kind Of Slang. Like the most talented North American songwriters such as Elliott Smith, Sean Lennon and Brian Wilson, the Bordeaux native delivers a perfectly crafted album, where sadness is sublimated by touching ballads and subtle arrangements.
