Les DIsques du Crépuscule present a new limited edition with transparent vinyl of The Only Fun In Town, the influential first album by the iconic Scottish band Josef K, originally released on Postcard Records in July 1981. Recorded quickly in a small studio in Brussels, The Only Fun In Town is an album influenced by the second Velvets album. Pop singles abound - It's Kinda Funny, Sorry for Laughing, Revelation - as well as Haig/Ross classics like Fun 'n' Frenzy, Heart of Song, Forever Drone and The Angle. The Only Fun In Town reached number one on the independent charts upon its release and remains an iconic post-punk album. This new gatefold double vinyl edition also contains several A-sides and B-sides of singles released on Postcard Records, including Radio Drill Time and Chance Meeting. Side D features the four tracks from JoKay's famous John Peel Session in June 1981, including Heaven Sent and The Missionary.
