Jordan Rakei presents his album Late Night Tales: "I wanted to try and introduce as many people as I knew to this mix. My idea for Late Night Tales was to distil a series of chilled-out moments, a sound conducive to relaxation. So, I was trying to think of all the collaborators and friends I knew who had recorded tracks with that 'vibe'. Plus, I was also trying to help my friends: I know the story of Khruangbin, who blew up after their track on one of the previous Late Night Tales albums. So the main idea was to create a certain atmosphere, but also to help some of my favourite collaborators and musical partners, to give their superb songs a little boost around the world." The tracklist includes several unreleased tracks by Jordan, as well as an exclusive cover of a Jeff Buckley song.
