On this new marital album, Jo Wedin and Jean Felzine have abandoned the bubblegum or yéyé temptations of their previous work, making way for what, by their own admission, "they both agree on" (something they rarely do): a business-class soul-pop directly reminiscent of the American seventies (think Minnie Riperton, Shuggie Otis, Carole King, and also Blondie), carried by the characteristic alternation or blend of their two voices.
