Falling In Love Is Wonderful Tangerine
Description
Jimmy Scott's first album released on Ray Charles' Tangerine Records label in 1963, Falling in Love is Wonderful became a legendary jazz vocal album. Following contractual disputes with his former label, this debut on Tangerine was shelved shortly after its release - as was its successor on Atlantic Records, The Source - and was never reissued for decades. Ultimately, Scott, though adored by his contemporaries like Ella Fitzgerald, never achieved the fame he deserved, but this album remains his masterpiece: a tender and moving collection, where Scott displays all his virtuosity around a ballad.Buy Falling In Love Is Wonderful Tangerine at the best price
