After Sabine Devieilhe, Bertrand Chamayou and Edgar Moreau, Erato continues to sign new talent. Today it is the turn of a very young 23-year-old harpsichordist, Jean Rondeau, who bursts into the refined world of the harpsichord. Without inhibitions or boundaries, between the ages of 21 and 22 he won all the prizes related to his instrument in France and Europe, and is already performing on four continents! Curious about everything, he also performs with “Note Forget, The Project,” the group he created. Passionate and not at all sectarian, Jean Rondeau divides his time between classical music and jazz, which he likes to season with philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, always exploring further the relationships between all musical cultures. Praised for his maturity, his fabulous touch and his originality, Jean Rondeau is one of the very rare artists capable of blowing up the traditional concert hall to meet the world.
