It is with "Oxygene," which sold over 18 million copies, that Jean-Michel Jarre became famous worldwide. A true pioneer, Jean-Michel Jarre has greatly contributed to one of the fastest musical revolutions of all time, that of electronic music with a design more focused on sounds and notes, allowing the composer to be his own craftsman. For autumn 2015, Jean-Michel Jarre returns with 'Electronica,' a collaboration project that brings together those who have contributed to the evolution of electronic music in all its forms over the past four decades. A two-part project, the first volume of Electronica titled 'Electronica 1: The Time Machine' features Moby, Massive Attack, Air, M83, Gesaffelstein, Lang Lang, Pete Townshend (The Who), John Carpenter, Vince Clarke, Armin van Buuren, Little Boots, Boys Noize, Fuck Buttons, Tangerine Dream, and Laurie Anderson.
