Jayda G's energetic debut album, a mix of disco, vintage funk and Chicago house! Highly recognized for her energetic and muscular DJ sets; in recent months, she has performed alongside prestigious names such as Marcellus Pittman, Moodymann and Omar-S, was invited by The Black Madonna to play at her Warehouse Project and played at prestigious festivals such as Field Day, Melt!, Kala, AVA and The XX's Night And Day. Jayda G grew up in Canada, 6 hours from Vancouver, surrounded by nothing but nature, which sharpened her interest in biology and nature in general. A passion she pursues to this day and which is very closely linked to her musical life. In 2018, Jayda completed her Master's in Environmental and Resource Management with a specialization in environmental toxicology. The album title is the most used phrase in her final thesis and shows how closely her scientific work is linked to her musical work.
